Introduction

UV Curing Lamp
Tyngshuoh Tech was established in 2003. Until 2006, it has been engaged in the sales of UV curing lamp and other related products in Asia. In 2007, for Tyngshuoh Tech, it was a milestone full of challenges and dynamics ; in order to meet the needs of market development, the company obtained the lamp-making gold key with the assistance of partners in the United Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland for setting up a production line for UV lamps in Yingge District, Taipei from the end of the year to 2008.
Through continuous improvement of production technology for the metal iodide lamp formulations which was widely in using for critical UV lacquer curing process of panel displays. Later in 2012 we were successfully introduced the curing lamp used in the bonding process of touch panel market.


PTFE Coated Fabric Belting
Due to the extensive applications of high temperature resistant PTFE fabric conveyor belts in UV curing equipment, one of our shareholder members who has more than 25 years of relevant PTFE belting processing technology and market experience; in order to integrate market requirements, further we established Glory City Trading Co., in 2009 to manage the auto transmission market. Our technical team is well-known and have the reputation of PTFE belting technology made of high-temperature resistant PTFE coated glass fabrics, especially Kevlar anti-crossing guide strip sewing and ultra-smooth belt joint skills.

By understanding the relevant knowledges will not only help to improve the curing efficiency, extend the service life, but also protect the environment.

As for the installation and calibration method of the PTFE coated glass fiber conveyor belt, the normal user do not understand the adjustment method, and it is generally carried out in the traditional way. The result proves that the operation must be performed in the opposite way to achieve the efficient of linear transportation precisely.
